Utility Room The Utility room contains both a washing machine and tumble drier along with ironing board and clothes horse.

Living Room The living room has a tiled floor and pine ceiling along with a large feature wooden fireplace standing over 4 ft high. Facilities include: Comfortable cottage suite LCD multi Channel TV on swing and pivot bracket Stereo radio and CD system A selection of board games A selection of reading material and information about the area Multiple power points (Note 240V AC UK Standard)

Dining Area The dining area adjacent to the living room has a circular expandable pine table and chairs with room for 4 people Ample crockery and cutlery are supplied for all your culinary needs.

Garden Area To the rear of the property is a well-maintained private walled garden with seated patio area and BBQ. The garden leads to a private off road parking area available for your use should you wish..

Bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, One main bedroom and a smaller room. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and contain ample room for personal clothing and belongings. The maximum number of persons we cater for is 3-4 as each bedroom contains a double bed. In addition a cot and high-chair is also available on request. We do not have fold out settees or camp beds please do not ask for them.

Bathroom The bathroom contains full size bath, a separate electric shower cubicle and low flush W.C. Towels etc. are supplied.

Work Station During your stay you can have full access to a PC with high-speed broadband internet connection should you wishso you can keep in touch with friends and family via e-mail etc. The property is also Wi-Fi enabled should you wish to connect your own Wi-Fi enabled equipment. There is no charge for this service.

Kitchen Complete with welcome pack of full Irish Breakfast ingredients the fully tiled working kitchen with contains all the appliances you will require to cater for all your culinary needs during your stay including: Hob and 4 ring Oven with extractor hood Fridge Freezer Dishwasher Combo Micro /Grill /Oven Electric Kettle Electric Toaster Selection of pots and pans Cutlery and Crockery and including plates, cups, glasses, and various serving utensils.

Conditions Regarding Pets As owners of pets we understand the importance of sometimes being able to travel and bring them too, accordingly we welcome such visitors to 38 Main Street. That said we are not boarding kennels and there are certain conditions imposed by the local authority that must be complied with in addition to our conditions they are: Dogs: In Northern Ireland it is an offence to allow your dog to foul in public areas and you will be expected to clean it up whilst out walking, failure to do so can lead to a hefty fine. This clean-up also extends to areas around the house and garden. In Northern Ireland Dogs require a Dog License that must be displayed on its collar (This does not apply to visitors outside Northern Ireland) You are responsible for ensuring your dog is kept under control at all times and many public areas require that your dog is kept on a lead at all times. No more than 2 small dogs (spaniel or smaller) or 1 large dog will be permitted. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms nor on any soft furnishings failure to comply with this request will result in addition specialist cleaning charges being levied We require that all pets have a minimum of 3rd party liability insurance, which we reserve the right to see proof off if asked. Vet fees can be expensive and we would advise you to have insurance to cover this should you require their services. All damage caused by your pet must be paid for or made good. The above stipulations are in addition to our normal terms and conditions and are deemed to be accepted by you should you make a booking at 38 Main Street.
