Quality 2 Bedroom Self-Catering Accommodation
All reservations for 38 Main Street “Claddagh Terrace” are subject to and accepted on the following
terms and conditions being agreed:
Bookings a deposit of 30% at the time of booking this deposit is non-refundable. the balance of payment
is required in full 4 weeks prior to arrival or by arrangement. Bookings made less than 4 weeks in
advance will require 30% deposit and the balance paid in full on arrival.
Bookings are made on the understanding that the occupant agrees to keep the property and all fixings,
fittings, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair, cleanliness
and condition as at the commencement of the booking and will make good (or will arrange with us to
make good) any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of occupancy.
A security deposit of £100 cash is required on arrival against damage to fixtures and fittings. All
damages must be paid for. Deposit will be refunded less any metered oil and electricity usage on
departure.
Cancellation: If a cancellation is requested more than 4 weeks in advance of the booking the balance of
any monies paid, less the deposit, will be refunded. If the cancellation is requested within the 4 week
period prior to the booking commencement 38 Main Street “Claddagh Terrace” may reserve the right to
retain the deposit and 50% of the balance of the booking (should it not be possible to re-let the property
for this period). 38 Main Street “Claddagh Terrace” reserve the right to decline any booking without
reason.
Party size: under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons as stated on this
web site occupy the property overnight. The maximum number of persons we cater for is four in 2 Double
beds one main large bedroom and a second smaller bedroom. In addition a cot and high chair is
available for infants.
Please Note: Occupancy is from 4:00pm on day of arrival, earlier arrival may be arranged, if possible,
beforehand. Property must be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure.
Liability and Insurance 38 Main Street “Claddagh Terrace” will not be liable for any act, neglect or
default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience
whether to person or property which the occupant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of
or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. We would advise
you to arrange your own insurance to cover illness and personal belongings whilst on holiday.

your accommodation.
They are there to help you understand
what you can expect from us and what
is expected of you, what needs to be
paid and when.
We take pride in the service and
quality of accommodation we offer,
and we wish to assure you that we will
do all that is reasonable to make your
stay memorable for all the right
reasons.
Maximum Number of Persons
We have 2 bedrooms each with a
double bed and recommend no more
than 3-4 adults sharing 2 double beds
or a small family i.e. 2 Adults and 1 or
2 children that are prepared to share a
double bed in their own room. A cot
and high chair is available in addition
if required. Each bedroom contains a
Double Bed. We do not have fold-out
settees or camp beds, please do not
ask for them.
Pets Welcome (Conditions Apply)
Details for Arrival, timings, collection
of keys etc. will be provide via e-mail
or post once booking is confirmed.
Conditions Regarding Pets
As owners of pets we understand the importance of sometimes being able to
travel and bring them too, accordingly we welcome such visitors to 38 Main
Street. That said we are not boarding kennels and there are certain
conditions imposed by the local authority that must be complied with in
addition to our conditions they are:
Dogs: In Northern Ireland it is an offence to allow your dog to foul in public areas and
you will be expected to clean it up whilst out walking, failure to do so can lead to a hefty
fine. This clean-up also extends to areas around the house and garden.
In Northern Ireland Dogs require a Dog License that must be displayed on its collar
(This does not apply to visitors outside Northern Ireland)
You are responsible for ensuring your dog is kept under control at all times and many
public areas require that your dog is kept on a lead at all times.
No more than 2 small dogs (spaniel or smaller) or 1 large dog will be permitted.
Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms nor on any soft furnishings failure to comply
with this request will result in addition specialist cleaning charges being levied
We require that all pets have a minimum of 3rd party liability insurance, which we
reserve the right to see proof off if asked. Vet fees can be expensive and we would
advise you to have insurance to cover this should you require their services.
All damage caused by your pet must be paid for or made good.
The above stipulations are in addition to our normal terms and conditions and are
deemed to be accepted by you should you make a booking at 38 Main Street.
